Multi‑Axis CNC Machining Technologist — Aerospace

Your Mission
Transform engineering intent into reality on advanced CNC mills. You’ll own setups, verify dimensions as you go, and tune programs at the control so every feature lands within spec.
Core Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines independently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings; apply GD&T to achieve precise specifications.
- Enter offsets, edit programs, and make controller adjustments using G-code and M-code.
- Measure in-process parts with calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to confirm dimensions.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Experience Profile
- 3+ years of CNC milling with 3-axis or 5-axis machining exposure.
- Comfortable holding tight tolerances and reading complex blueprints.
- Strong shop math and keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Fanuc, Fidia C20, Siemens, Haas, or similar CNC controls.
- Hands-on CNC programming knowledge (G-code, M-code).
