Build precision. Grow your craft. Make an impact.

What if your next setup helped produce the equipment behind life-changing medicines? At Natoli Engineering—the global leader in tablet compression tooling and equipment—you’ll run CNC mills and lathes on 2nd shift in a clean, organized, climate-controlled facility designed for excellence. We move fast: simple application, rapid responses, and a swift start. Plus, there’s a $2500 sign-on bonus.

Ready to own your setup?

Picture this: a complex feature is trending out. You read the print, confirm GD&T callouts, check with micrometers and calipers, bump a wear offset, and tweak the program. You swap tools, refine geometry, and the next piece hits spec. You log the check, grease what needs grease, and keep the cell spotless—then move on to the next challenge.

What you’ll do

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for production work
  • Contribute to light programming and troubleshoot code as needed (G/M code, Mastercam/Mazatrol/Fanuc)
  • Use precision metrology to verify parts; adjust offsets and parameters to maintain tolerance
  • Execute tooling changes and alter tool geometry to meet requirements
  • Perform routine machine care (oil, grease, etc.)
  • Keep the workspace organized and audit-ready
  • Work independently while maintaining high quality standards

What it takes to thrive

  • Self-starter who’s effective with minimal supervision
  • Strong grasp of G-code/M-code
  • Blueprint literacy and sound judgment on tolerances
  • Comfort with micrometers, calipers, and hand metrology
  • Experience with Mazatrol, Mastercam, or Fanuc is advantageous

Physical realities

  • Stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

When you’ll work

  • Weekend option: Friday–Sunday
