Choose the schedule that fits your life while building precision parts that matter:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
A day in the shop
You roll in, review work orders, and translate specs into a plan. From there, you configure and run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes to produce both production and prototype components with minimal oversight. You’ll stage tooling and fixtures independently, validate first‑article quality, and keep parts within tolerance through disciplined in‑process checks. When a dimension drifts during initial setup, you’ll make supervised program edits to correct it. You’ll navigate Haas or DMG Mori controls with confidence and keep equipment operating smoothly throughout the shift.
