We’re looking for a hands-on leader to run one or more CNC production cells on first or second shift for high-stakes aerospace and defense work—driving quality, throughput, and team growth.
Guard quality: hold the line on SOPs and frozen processes; partner with Quality on non-conformances; deliver root cause and corrective actions that last.
Protect schedule: anticipate disruptions, engage in cross-functional scheduling, and authorize overtime when required.
Grow people: train, coach, recognize wins, and administer fair accountability; deliver performance reviews that matter.
What success looks like
Zero surprises at start of shift.
Stable processes and fewer repeat issues.
Predictable output that meets cost, quality, and delivery targets.
A respected, high-trust team that knows its purpose.
