You arrive, review the job traveler, load the program, and prove out a new run on a multi‑axis mill. You tweak offsets to hit tight tolerances, verify surface finishes, and log inspection results. Mid‑shift, you jump to a lathe changeover, interpret a complex drawing, and fine‑tune feeds, speeds, and tool paths. You wrap up by documenting production data and collaborating with teammates to shave minutes off the next cycle—always with safety and quality at the forefront.
