Have 3+ years in a machine shop as a CNC Machinist?
Set up and run complex jobs without supervision?
Comfortable on Fanuc, Okuma, Haas, and similar controls?
Fluent in blueprint reading and GD&T, with strong shop math?
Capable of making safe, effective program edits at the machine?
Know your way around steels, aluminums, castings, forgings—and even exotic alloys?
Reliable teammate with excellent communication who doesn’t mind overtime when requested?
Own your tools and take pride in maintaining them?
What you'll tackle
End‑to‑end setups on CNC mills and lathes; dial in offsets and tooling.
Run first articles and in‑process inspections to meet GD&T callouts.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to hit schedule and spec.
Make confident program changes at the machining centers.
Apply optimal speeds/feeds for diverse materials, including superalloys.
Nice to have
Lean manufacturing principles exposure.
Six Sigma methodologies familiarity.
General awareness of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems.
