You will:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to build complex aerospace parts
Translate blueprints and GD&T into reliable, efficient setups
Inspect in‑process features using micrometers, indicators, and other hand metrology tools
Maintain tight tolerances and impeccable part quality
Troubleshoot tooling, workholding, and program issues; contribute to continuous improvement
Keep a safe, organized workstation
Is this you?
Experienced CNC machinist from a production or job‑shop environment
Confident reading engineering drawings and understanding GD&T
Accustomed to precision standards common to aerospace/defense/medical manufacturing
Detail‑oriented with strong mechanical aptitude

Pay: $25–$38/hr DOE
Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend shift
