Picture this: It’s Friday at 6:00 AM in a temperature-controlled shop. You load the first bar, verify your offsets, and bring a multi-axis mill‑turn to life. By Sunday evening, you’ve produced complex medical instruments and implants with repeatable accuracy—tracked in the ERP, verified by gauges, and ready for on‑time delivery.

Weekend Schedule & Premium

• Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 15% shift premium
• Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours

How you’ll make an impact

• Set up, operate, and maintain mill‑turn equipment, finishing tools, hand tools, and fixtures; perform deburring as required.
• Own setups and changeovers, including CNC program debugging, tool changes, and parameter/offset adjustments.
• Interpret blueprints, inspection check sheets, and work instructions with total accuracy.
• Perform both in‑process and final inspection using calipers, micrometers, height stands/gages, comparators, and other precision metrology tools.
• Use ERP and machine monitoring systems to manage work orders, track production, and log quality checks electronically.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.

What you’ll bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent (advanced technical training preferred).
• 3+ years in precision manufacturing; CNC mill‑turn experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated skill setting up, troubleshooting, and running multi‑axis CNC equipment.
