Multi-Channel Marketing Manager:
We are currently seeking candidates for a Multi-Channel Marketing Manager opportunity with a highly successful asset management firms located in Boston, MA. The Multi-Channel Marketing Manager will project manage the integration of multi-channel marketing campaigns and workstreams that drive brand awareness, engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience focusing on multi-channel marketing campaigns and workstreams. Previous Wealth Management industry experience required.
This is a 12+ month contract role paying between $55-$60/hour (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role requiring an onsite presence in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Marketing Integration workstream — milestones, dependencies, risk/decision logs, governance, and executive status reporting.
- Keep Marketing, Distribution, Product, Technology, Compliance, and external partners aligned; help resolve issues affecting integration readiness or client experience.
- Translate integration decisions into advisor-facing activation plans.
- Support US Wealth marketing strategies driving awareness and adoption of investment products.
- Help build integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, thought leadership, events, PR, and paid media.
- Partner with sales, marketing, compliance, product, tech, and communications teams.
- Manage vendors and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide additional support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in project management focusing on multi-channel marketing campaigns and workstreams.
- Strong experience supporting marketing initiatives tailored to drive brand awareness, engagement and growth.
- Experience in Wealth Management required.
- Knowledge of wire houses, investment management distributions channels, broker-dealers, advisor audiences and RIAs.
- Previous experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management tool.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage competing deadlines.
