We are currently looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our Elkin, NC OSB team. We offer excellent wages, starting pay is $23.28 - $33.66 per hour depending on maintenance experience, and benefit package which includes paid vacation, 401K plan, life insurance options as well as medical, dental, and vision coverage. Key Functions: Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment using knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, welding and other related maintenance skills. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues throughout facility. Minimize downtime through completion of preventative maintenance tasks. Work with engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, simple and complex sketches, other related documents and verbal instructions needed to perform assigned duties. Perform work tasks from SAP generated work descriptions and orders. Demonstrate flexibility to perform various job roles within the maintenance department as assigned. Often work must be conducted from heights or within confined spaces.
