Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Complete welding and fabrication tasks independently. Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS. Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and plant standards. What We're Looking For 2+ years of manufacturing experience (multi‑craft or maintenance preferred). Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing. Experience with Allen Bradley controls is a plus. Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics. Skilled in welding, cutting, and using measurement tools. Comfortable with computers and diagnostic meters. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
