Permanent Nights | 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

2-2-3 Schedule

Enjoy a predictable permanent night shift schedule with built-in overtime, resulting in 88 paid hours every two-week pay period.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Diagnose motors, drives (VFDs), sensors, and electrical control circuits
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical prints
• Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed
• Accurately document maintenance work in our CMMS
• Work closely with Operations and fellow Maintenance team members to keep production running safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with 480V systems
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs is preferred
• Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment and interpret electrical prints
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• A strong safety mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
• A reputation for being dependable and showing up when your team counts on you
