Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Our company is seeking a technically proficient professional to support our operations in stamping, welding, and assembly processes. Candidates will be assessed and assigned a grade (A, B, or C) according to their skill level and performance metrics. Responsibilities:
- Rigorously adhere to safety protocols and operational standards in a dynamic production environment.
- Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure the highest level of quality.
- Partner with fellow team members to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Facilitate daily and weekly production quotas through proactive equipment maintenance.
- Implement, adjust, and troubleshoot PLC programs and oversee drive and robot configurations as needed, based on skill level.
- Tackle intricate PLC programming and manage ongoing maintenance initiatives.
- Interact with servo motors and communication frameworks like Ethernet and switches.

Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in varied maintenance roles, as demonstrated through a comprehensive Multi-Craft evaluation.
- Skilled in PLC software, with the capability to write, modify, and troubleshoot programmatic issues.
- Aptitude in following and understanding detailed technical instructions and documentation in English.
- Commitment to consistent usage of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on the production floor.
- Readiness to undertake additional responsibilities as directed, within the parameters of the role.
