    Your impact

    • Own preventive maintenance schedules for production and facility equipment to optimize reliability.
    • Jump on emergency breakdowns, restoring operations swiftly and safely.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; repair, verify, and document results.
    • Perform root cause analysis and review corrective actions with the Maintenance Supervisor.
    • Independently execute mechanical work involving belts, sprockets, chains, bearings, and pulleys.
    • Gain certification and safely run forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts.
    • Pitch in with general labor and additional tasks that support plant goals.

    What you bring

    Education

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Associate degree in a technical/industrial discipline from an accredited institution (preferred)

    Experience

    • Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance or equivalent (required); 3+ years (preferred)
    • Working knowledge of mechanical/maintenance principles, equipment, and tools (preferred)
