Your impact
- Own preventive maintenance schedules for production and facility equipment to optimize reliability.
- Jump on emergency breakdowns, restoring operations swiftly and safely.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; repair, verify, and document results.
- Perform root cause analysis and review corrective actions with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Independently execute mechanical work involving belts, sprockets, chains, bearings, and pulleys.
- Gain certification and safely run forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts.
- Pitch in with general labor and additional tasks that support plant goals.
What you bring
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate degree in a technical/industrial discipline from an accredited institution (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance or equivalent (required); 3+ years (preferred)
- Working knowledge of mechanical/maintenance principles, equipment, and tools (preferred)
