The Opportunity:

As a CACI-Mission Engineering & Support Multi-Domain Analyst in the 389th MI BN and 1st Special Forces Command (A) you will provide embedded analytical network support to 1st SFC and other government agencies in order share intelligence between organizations in support of executing 1st SFC mission priorities. You will be responsible for delivering all-source intelligence support and expert-level targeting analysis to inform decision-making across multi-domain operations. Advises on the development and refinement of targeting methodologies and analytical pathways to enable integrated planning and synchronized operational execution across land, air, sea, space, and cyberspace domains. Represents the organization in engagements with key mission partners, including CSUs, TSOCs, GCCs, IC, and IA partners, to ensure unity of effort in multi-domain targeting. Produces and presents detailed threat assessments and target intelligence products to senior leaders, General Officers, and Distinguished Visitors, while identifying trends in adversary activities and vulnerabilities to illuminate operational opportunities for cross-domain effects. Develop partnerships to foster collaboration, exchange best practices, and enhance targeting tradecraft, while mentoring junior analysts and managing contract personnel to ensure all mission requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serves as embedded Multi-Domain and Target Analyst.
  • Supervises the development of detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the global target development of various threats and actors.
  • Leverages and delivers the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Support sensitive activities with all source analysis
  • Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
  • Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), specifically Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geopathic Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis
  • Retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard information developing products to support the mission.
  • Be prepared to deploy as necessary for mission support and surge requirements.
  • Shift work is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational requirements dictate.
  • Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience, an associate degree and 15+ years of experience, or 20+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.  
  • Knowledge of IC tools used to conduct research and analysis and tool used to develop tailored intelligence products (Message Traffic Databases; DX, ANB, Graph Databases, Maven Smart Systems/Palantir, Microsoft Suite etc)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Desired: 

  • Experience supporting SOF (USASOC or Joint SOF) in a deployed environment. 
  • Experience directly supporting SOF operations in a target analysis capacity
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
