Multi-Family Maintenance/Service Technician

Seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a multi-family property. This position is responsible for maintaining apartment units, buildings, grounds, and common areas in a clean, safe, and functional condition.  Duties include completing maintenance repairs, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, minor sheetrock repair, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and other general property upkeep. The ideal candidate can work independently, communicate professionally with residents and team members, follow safety procedures, and participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.  A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic maintenance experience.  A Valid driver's license is required, and an HVAC license is helpful.Benefits package available after 30 days. 401k available after 6 months with 100% match up to 4%.
