As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced
Lead Multi-Family Plumbing Superintendent who is ready to lead crews, solve problems, and take pride in building exceptional multi-family projects.
This is NOT a general construction superintendent position. Multi-family plumbing experience is required.
Pay
$35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location
Multi-family construction projects throughout Middle Tennessee
Schedule
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise multi-family plumbing crews from start to finish.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications.
- Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain project schedules and daily reports.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to code.
- Solve field issues while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of multi-family plumbing leadership experience as a Superintendent or Foreman.
- Extensive knowledge of multi-family plumbing systems, including underground, top-out, and trim.
- Strong blueprint reading skills.
- Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple phases of construction.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
