Summary: Oversees the work of staff involved in the operation and maintenance or apartment facilities and equipment, and is accountable for all property operations, including:Financial oversight, legal compliance, tenant management, maintenance requirements, interpret budgets and adhere to expenditure guidelines. Negotiate contracts, and protect the owner from lawsuits and legalities involving resident relations and conducting business in accordance with the Fair Housing Legislation.Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED with two years apartment industry or customer service management experience: or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills: Prior Yardi or other accounting software experience preferred. HUD experience required for some properties.Must have a valid driver's license.Benefits: Available after 30 days.401k with employer match after 6 months.
