Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Multi-Family Senior Project Manager to join our thriving Construction team. Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Family Senior Project Manager, you will:
1. Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on senior living and luxury ground-up developments.
2. Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
3. Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
5. Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
6. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and address potential issues proactively.
7. Provide regular project updates to senior management, making strategic decisions based on project progress.
8. Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they meet the project's needs and the company's objectives.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are in sync.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Multi-Family Senior Project Manager position should possess the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the Construction industry, specifically with multi-family and luxury ground-up projects.
2. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, rules, and regulations.
4. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills, with a knack for fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
6. Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
7. A firm understanding of risk management and the ability to address potential issues proactively.
8. Proficiency in project management software.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are advantageous.
