Our company is seeking a seasoned Permanent Multi-Family Superintendent to join our dynamic team. We are on the hunt for a dedicated professional with a passion for the construction industry and a knack for leadership. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing multi-family construction projects, ensuring that all operations adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in paint and drywall supervision, commercial construction, and multi-family construction. They will also be well-versed in quality control, site coordination, and field operations management.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Multi-Family Superintendent, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of multi-family construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Supervising painting and drywall installation, ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
3. Managing commercial construction operations, including the coordination of site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
4. Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds the set standards.
5. Coordinating on-site activities, including the scheduling of workers, delivery of materials, and resolution of any arising issues.
6. Utilizing project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and communicate effectively with the team.
7. Overseeing field operations, ensuring all activities adhere to OSHA regulations, and promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Multi-Family Superintendent position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in multi-family and commercial construction.
2. Proven experience in paint and drywall supervision.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction quality control measures and site coordination.
4. Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
5. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to promoting safety in the workplace.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and oversee a diverse team.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make critical decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
