How you will contribute to our TEAM:
- Prepare cost estimates, constructionbudgetsand construction schedules.
- Inspect worksites.
- Determinematerial,subcontractorand labor requirements.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings.
- Coordinate and direct all on-site activities of Camp employees,sub-contractors, craftsmen,tradesmenand vendors to ensure that Camp's goals and standards are met.
- Buy-out of jobs within an approved construction budget of less than $5,000.00
- Assistsalesman/project manager with buy-out of jobsin excess of$5,000.00.
- Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget.
- Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Travel to remote markets to prepare cost estimates,establishoperations, follow local building codes, means and methods.
- Identify,investigateand select local subcontractors and vendors.
- Creativelyparticipatein building Camp's success by keeping costs low and quality high. Seek outadditionalways to achieve excellence, both personally and corporately
Our Requirements:
- Ability to travel a minimum of 75% locally
- Construction experiencerequired,multi-family preferred
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in Procore preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suiterequired
- Excellent organizational skills
- High sense of urgency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including ability to work with a variety of subcontractors
- High integrity
