Description: You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Manufacturing Planner team. Our team is responsible for managing multiple stock rooms and warehouses, and controlling all material movement throughout the site.

What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing material flow, optimizing inventory, and ensuring timely distribution across the site. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage and coordinate operations of multiple stock rooms and warehouses. Control and track material movement throughout the facility. Develop and maintain inventory accuracy and forecasting. Implement process improvements to enhance material handling efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production schedules.

Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in Ocala. Discover more about our Ocala, Florida location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. Understanding of Material Resource Planning (MRP) and knowledge of Inventory Control. Possess PP&C experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. This facility requires special access and the selected candidate must be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills: Prior SAP experience. American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification. Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Previous work experience in a related discipline. Preferred disciplines such as Production Operations Management and Supply Chain Management. Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills. Candidate must demonstrate a teamwork orientation.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
