Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Site Manager for the Fort Bragg, NC area. Must have active TS-SCI

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Additional duties:

Provide senior level management of day to day operational support and guidance to all site support personnel.

Ensure all personnel actions are in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures and coordinate training for assigned personnel.

Prepare internal weekly key issues report for area.

Brief customer on cost, schedule, and technical performance as needed. Assist Program Management Office (PMO) in establishing milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules for the program technical and administrative areas.

Assist in resolving issues, track trends in order to identify potential areas of concern and address unresolved issues with all interested parties for resolution

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate must have an active Top Secret Clearance

Candidate must have a background in SOF for 8+ years and must have supported adjacent and subordinate specialized SOF units.

Desired Skills:

Skilled in briefing to personnel, commanders and management staff

Ability to communicate well orally and in writing

Ability to develop presentations and white papers

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
