Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Consult with individuals and families to design comprehensive insurance strategies that offer real peace of mind.

Manage a diverse book of business, ensuring every client feels heard and well-protected.

Review existing policies periodically to ensure coverage stays relevant as life changes for our clients.

Engage with the local Denton community through presence at events and building meaningful professional partnerships.

Provide clear explanations of complex policy details so clients feel confident in their decisions.

Collaborate with our office team to streamline the application and underwriting process for new policies.

Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.

Strong comfort level with quoting software and client management databases.

Clear and empathetic communication style for phone and in-person consultations.

Local knowledge of the Denton, MD area or an interest in connecting deeply with our community.

A track record of identifying client needs through active listening.
