Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Cultivate and grow a robust portfolio of local clients by identifying unique coverage needs for both individuals and businesses.

Develop custom insurance strategies that bridge the gap between complex risk and simple peace of mind.

Conduct thorough annual coverage reviews to ensure each clients protection evolves alongside their life changes.

Represent our agency at local Hampton events to strengthen our presence and deepen our community ties.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure competitive premiums and favorable terms for your clients.

Maintain impeccable records and follow compliance standards to ensure every transaction is transparent and accurate.

Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License

Virginia Life & Health Insurance License

Three or more years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business

Deep understanding of policy coverage, exclusions, and risk assessment

Fluency in agency management software and digital document filing systems

Strong analytical skills for comparing carrier quotes and coverage limits
