Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Evaluate the unique risks and goals of new and existing clients to suggest the right protection plans.

Manage a multi-line portfolio, ensuring that auto, home, and life insurance needs are addressed holistically.

Host face-to-face meetings at our Lynchburg office to review policies and answer complex coverage questions.

Cultivate a local presence by participating in community events and building lasting professional networks.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate risk assessment and policy issuance.

Proactively reach out to policyholders to offer reviews as their life circumstances change.

Current Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

At least two years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advising.

Strong command of standard office technology and agency management systems.

A clear, approachable communication style that builds immediate trust.

Residency in or proximity to the Lynchburg, Virginia area for daily office attendance.

Professional experience in managing a diverse book of insurance products.
