Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative who will also support in-book sales efforts. This dual-role is critical to maintaining high client satisfaction while helping grow our existing client portfolio through proactive sales and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage client accounts, including policy updates, billing questions, and claims assistance.
  • Conduct in-book sales activities by identifying opportunities within the existing client base to offer additional insurance products or policy enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Megan Green and the team to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about insurance products and industry trends.
Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services preferred.
  • Comfortable with sales and discussing insurance products with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and willing to learn agency management software.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
