Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to discuss available product options in English and Spanish.
- Assist customers in reviewing insurance and financial service offerings.
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple business areas to help meet office objectives.
- Contribute to team development through communication, coaching, and collaboration.
- Participate in community activities that build local awareness of the agency.
