About our Agency:I opened my agency in 2015 after coming from a background in healthcare sales, and from the beginning I wanted to create an office that felt supportive, welcoming, and family-oriented. Today, our team of six works closely together, and I truly view my team as an extension of my family.
I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995 and earned my Master's degree in 1997. My wife and I have been married for 31 years, and we have three sons—two college graduates and one currently a junior in college. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, golfing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. I also stay active in the community through local events and activities, including trap shooting programs.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
