Compensation:
This role offers a base salary plus commission structure. First-year income is typically between $45,000 and $65,000.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and engage prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Quote, sell, and cross-sell across multiple product lines (auto, home, life, and related insurance/financial products).
  • Build and maintain relationships with new customers to turn initial conversations into long-term policyholders.
  • Prepare, process, and service policies (applications, endorsements, renewals, and documentation) to ensure accurate and timely production.
  • Support daily sales activity by following up on leads, tracking opportunities, and coordinating next steps to meet office goals.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate customer and policy records in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets and office objectives, including sharing insights and improving conversion processes.
Qualifications:


  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses, including:
    • Property and Casualty License
    • Life and Health License
  • Employer reimburses licensing costs after 90 days of employment.
