Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with customers to identify needs, qualify fit, and present relevant product options.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines to drive repeat business and referrals.
Support sales workflows by handling scheduling, documentation, and timely follow-ups to keep opportunities moving.
Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to generate leads and increase product awareness in the community.
Maintain detailed, accurate CRM and customer records to ensure consistent communication and a high-quality customer experience.
Partner with the sales and office team to meet monthly goals, improve processes, and support overall revenue objectives.
Qualifications:
Communicate clearly and professionally in both writing and conversation.
Learn quickly and apply new information with confidence.
Stay highly organized and detail-focused to keep information accurate, consistent, and easy to act on.
Thrive in fast-paced environments by prioritizing tasks and keeping momentum on time-sensitive items.
Approach challenges as opportunities to solve problems.
Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance is preferred.
Obtain and maintain the required state insurance licenses (or begin the licensing process immediately).
