Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines by earning trust through service.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and help ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:


  • 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry (required).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Must possess Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Life & Health license in addition is preferred, but must be able to be obtained prior to hiring date.
