About our Agency:I opened my agency in 1994 and currently lead a team of five. Before joining State Farm, I worked in the lumber sales industry before pursuing the opportunity to own my own business. My wife and I have been married for 35 years, and we're blessed with three children and four grandchildren.
Serving the community has always been important to me. I serve as an elder at my church and sit on the boards of the local Salvation Army and the Park Ridge Crisis Pregnancy Center. I believe in giving back and making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
