Nick DeMaio State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Multiline Representative to drive production across auto, home, renters, and life insurance. This is not a passive service role — it is built for professionals who thrive on activity, competition, and closing.

What You’ll Do


  • Proactively generate and close new business from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
  •  Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps
  •  Quote, present, and close policies across multiple product lines
  •  Cross-sell and upsell to maximize account protection
  •  Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently hit monthly production goals
  •  Support service interactions while keeping a strong sales focus
  •  Collaborate with team members to exceed office revenue targets

Licensing Requirements


Full licensing is required.


Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start


Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire


Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process
