About our Agency:I'm excited to be building a brand-new agency with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate State Farm, served in ministry, and worked as a State Farm team member. Those experiences shaped my passion for serving others, developing people, and building meaningful relationships. I'm also the proud father of four young children, and when I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me enjoying cars and the automotive community.
Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I stay active with local schools, participate in and sponsor Cars & Coffee Texas events, and enjoy connecting with people through community activities and outreach.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be driven and comfortable with sales.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
