We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a multi-location position working across centrally located multi-family apartment communities in Brooksville, FL
Responsibilities:
Perform service requests and routine general maintenance
Properly report completed service requests through a smartphone app
Conduct unit inspections and punch work
Maintain vendor relations; coordinate and schedule vendors for unit turns/rehabs
Interact with tenants professionally during service work
Work within budget guidelines
Travel to properties within a 3-mile radius
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of apartment maintenance experience (required)
Strong proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
HVAC and/or EPA Certification a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with smartphones for service order & time reporting
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round
Ability to lift/move heavy items (including appliances) as needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
Cell phone with ability to respond to after-hours emergencies if needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
Ability to manage multiple vendors during unit turns/rehabs
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time | Generally Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Hours may vary based on property needs
Overtime required for emergencies, including some evenings/weekends
Salary commensurate with experience
