Multi‑Process Field Welder — Northern Territory (East District)

Start your day in a company vehicle, gear prepped, heading to sites across Northern Indiana. You’ll spend your workday producing dependable welds on a range of materials and be home nights and weekends. Territory & Travel

• Primary area: South Bend, IN and the northern territory of our East District
• Company base: Louisville, KY
• Travel designed so you’re home nights/weekends
• Travel pay, per diem, and a company vehicle provided

What You’ll Do

• Execute high‑quality welds on various materials and in multiple positions
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine weld requirements
• Inspect completed welds for adherence to quality and safety standards
• Maintain and repair welding equipment for peak performance
• Partner with teammates to meet schedules, production goals, and site expectations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training to expand welding techniques and knowledge

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding technical certification preferred
• Proven experience as a welder with a record of quality work
• Proficiency across multiple welding processes
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable working independently and on teams
• Problem‑solving mindset and commitment to workmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varied environmental conditions
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel regionally as needed
