Your impact

  • Set up parts and fixtures and weld to blueprint/schematic specs.
  • Apply multi-process welding (MIG/TIG/flux core) based on material and joint requirements.
  • Use precision measuring tools—micrometers, calipers, straightedges—to verify tolerances.
  • Support shop operations by assisting with equipment operation, assembly, and warehouse tasks.
  • Advance continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and throughput.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Fluent in reading/interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
  • Preferred background in MIG, TIG, and flux core welding.
  • Mechanically inclined; production-oriented; committed to safety and quality.
  • Competent with basic math.
  • Comfortable using precision measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, straightedges, etc.).
