Full-Time Traveling Custodian - Bloomington IL$18.00 per hour

We're currently looking for a Full-Time Traveling Custodian to join our team in the Bloomington/Normal area. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is dependable, and takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll travel to multiple client locations, providing high-quality cleaning services and supporting accounts as needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hourSchedule: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Travel to multiple client locations throughout the BloNo area
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Restock supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Deliver exceptional service while representing ESS Clean professionally

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between client locations during the workday
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required-we provide training
