Position OverviewAs a Multi‑Site Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across assigned locations, ensuring crews are properly staffed, trained, and meeting performance expectations. You will serve as the primary on‑site leadership presence, coordinate with management, and address issues in real time to maintain service standards. ScheduleThis role supports multiple shifts and locations based on operational needs. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or split shifts. Flexibility is required. Overtime or schedule adjustments may be necessary based on business demand. Pay & Classification- Pay Rate: Competitive; based on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and support crews across multiple client sites
- Ensure all locations meet company quality, safety, and service standards
- Conduct on‑site inspections and address performance or compliance issues
- Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to team members
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and proper timekeeping
- Assist with scheduling, coverage, and last‑minute staffing needs
- Serve as the point of contact for crew member questions or concerns
- Communicate site updates, issues, and staffing needs to management
- Ensure proper use of equipment, supplies, and PPE
- Enforce safety policies and company procedures consistently
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively at all sites
QualificationsRequired: - Authorized to work in the United States
- Previous experience leading crews in janitorial, facilities, or field operations
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime if needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
Preferred: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience supervising multiple sites or teams
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety procedures, or facilities operations
