This role is full-time on-site in Hampden County, MA.

This is the senior HR leadership role supporting two unionized manufacturing facilities in the Western Massachusetts area with a combined employee population of more than 500. The position serves as the primary HR business partner to site leadership and is responsible for employee relations, labor relations, investigations, leadership coaching, talent development, workforce planning, compliance, and driving engagement initiatives across both operations.
The ideal candidate is a true operational HR leader who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. This person will spend time on the plant floor building relationships with employees and managers while also partnering with leadership on business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational development. Strong employee relations experience is essential, and labor relations experience is highly preferred.
