Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Assist with turnover of apartments, to include painting. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Cleaning of common areas. Daily water testing. Customer service. Light Salt / Snow removal duties. On-Call will be required. Requirements: Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required. HVAC Certification is a plus! Working cell phone. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
