Multi-site Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. You'll "float" between locations as needed.Responsibilities include:Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairsRespond to work ordersPrepare vacant suites for presentations and move-insMaintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeepAll other duties as assignedExperience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills with a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on assignments and possess solid service skills.
