This is a fantastic multi-site Plant Manager opportunity with a growing, global organization that supports customers primarily in the automotive sector, as well as industrial machinery and construction sectors. This role will oversee all operations at 2 sites near the IL/IN Border and manage operational KPIs

Our client is a global organization with a large domestic presence, manufacturing various metal-fabricated products used in fastening and assembly solutions. With a large focus on the automotive sector, the company has worked hard to maintain and build upon the momentum they established and are looking for a tenured plant operations manager to continue to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Description
- Lead day to day production operations
- Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more
- Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives
- Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions
- Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949
- Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy
Profile
- 7+ years of manufacturing/plant leadership experience
- Full P&L responsibility
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Career focused on Lean/CI/Process improvement
- Ability to communicate with executive leadership on a site and global level
- Experience with New Product Development and Introduction
- Automotive background a plus
- MBA/Advanced degrees a plus
Job Offer
- Salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience and interviews
