Multi-Site Unit Turn Foreman (Multi-Family)

If you thrive on coordinating crews, jumping in on the work, and hitting deadlines across several multi-family properties in the Baltimore area, this role is for you.

Your impact

• Direct field execution for interior renovations across multiple communities.
• Balance leadership and craftsmanship to deliver tenant-ready units on schedule.

You’ll tackle

• Cabinet installation, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and punch-out.
• Reading scopes, layouts, and cabinet plans to set the pace and sequence.
• Coordinating with Project Managers on schedules and quality control.
• Managing subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
• Troubleshooting issues to keep unit turns on track.
• Logging daily progress, reports, and field documentation.
• Enforcing safety practices and company policies.
• Maintaining clean, organized, tenant-ready job sites.

What you bring

• 5+ years in renovations; Foreman/Lead Renovator background preferred.
• Multi-trade skill set with an eye for impeccable finishes.
• Fluency in unit-turn processes within occupied communities.
• Ability to interpret layouts and scopes; strong leadership and communication.
• Detail-driven, quality-focused work style.
• OSHA certification preferred (not required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
