Job Requirements: • Successful track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman (6+ years); estimation skills preferred • Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing • Own a standard set of tools to perform all the trades • MUST own truck, SUV or van with proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license. • Pass Background check. • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication, documentation, and invoicing skills • Professional appearance and demeanor
