We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARYYou'll coach across our programs - from our youngest Cubs (ages 2-5) up through our 16U athletes - and we'll build your schedule around the sports and age groups you're strongest with. That flexibility is the whole point: it's how we turn part-time coaching into real, consistent hours across the week.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Plan, develop, and execute the facility's sport programs, camps, leagues, and tournamentsLend support to other Operation's Directors and CoachesManage ongoing facility scheduleDevelop programming to target various markets ranging from corporate, group, adult/youth/family, and special interest groupsDevelop and manage program budgetsCreate and develop sales initiatives and goals for leagues, tournaments, special events, etc.Generate sales through networking, building relationships, and creating strategic alliancesTrack and report weekly sales totalsOversee all aspects of programs and special activitiesWork with third-party partners to maximize revenue and attract eventsHire, train, manage, and motivate staffActively participates in other operational functions as necessary, including but not limited to event setup and execution, attending all scheduled events and meetings, assisting other departments during outside or special events, etc.Creating and promoting program and activities within Birthday Parties, Camps, etc. Serve as MOD on weekdays, weekends, and during eventsAll other duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Experience coaching/teaching both youth and adult sportsMust have proven track record of developing, marketing, and selling recreation and training programsMust have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and negotiating skillsMust be a team playerMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidaysMust possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or must be willing to obtain them within a specified periodWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
