Multi-State HR Manager
Salary: $125,000-$135,000 base

Key Responsibilities for the Multi-State HR Manager:
- Manage HR operations across CA, NV, and AZ
- Oversee multi-state payroll and compliance
- Handle employee relations and investigations
- Administer leaves, workers' compensation, and accommodations
- Manage onboarding, I-9s, and terminations
- Oversee prevailing wage and certified payroll processes
Qualifications for the Multi-State HR Manager:
- Multi-state HR experience
- Strong California employment law knowledge
- Hands-on multi-state payroll experience
- Prevailing wage and certified payroll experience
- Experience with union and non-union payroll
- HRIS/payroll system experience; Paylocity preferred
