Step into a day-in-the-life at our Mequon campus
Picture yourself supporting 1,000+ colleagues across a modern, busy facility in Mequon, WI. You start by checking the work order queue, planning safe, orderly fixes, and lining up parts, drawings, and any vendor support you might need. You walk the floor to prevent problems before they happen: listening for unusual sounds in building mechanicals, scanning lighting and production equipment, and confirming HVAC systems are performing to spec. When calls come in, you triage and resolve them—everything from a leaky valve to a finicky light circuit—then document the work in our systems.
You’ll report to the Facilities Supervisor and work onsite five days a week, partnering closely with service contractors and internal teams to keep our buildings, equipment, and grounds comfortable, reliable, and safe.
