Multi-Trade Service Technician

Ostlund A Service Company is seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Trade Service Technician to join our Florida team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for a wide range of customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot equipment and system components.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely resolutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding job status and material needs.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical service, or a combination of the three trades.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working in commercial environments preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
